From the days that are gone.

A collection of regionally specific objects,
books, furniture, and art gathered during
summer wanderings along the backroads
of the Pacific Northwest. Findings examines
the raw hardpan layers of humanity and
history that lies beneath the technotopian
clouds of the present.

Baby Douglas Fir Tree

$ 25

The Douglas fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) is the backbone of the Pacific Northwest forest. Neither true fir nor pine, it grows tall and resilient, shaping the region’s landscapes, economies, and built environment. Its strong, straight-grained wood has framed everything from early homesteads to modern cities, while the tree itself stands as a symbol of endurance, regeneration, and the long, working relationship between people and forest.
