A collection of regionally specific objects,
books, furniture, and art gathered during
summer wanderings along the backroads
of the Pacific Northwest. Findings examines
the raw hardpan layers of humanity and
history that lies beneath the technotopian
clouds of the present.

A defining material of the Pacific Northwest, western cedar is lightweight, resilient, and naturally rot-resistant. Long used by Indigenous nations for shelter, tools, and vessels, it carries a deep regional intelligence—practical, renewable, and quietly enduring. Its scent, grain, and warmth speak more to longevity and place than to ornament.
