A collection of regionally specific objects, 
books, furniture, and art gathered during 
summer wanderings along the backroads 
of the Pacific Northwest. Findings examines
the raw hardpan layers of humanity and 
history that lies beneath the technotopian 
clouds of the present.

This wood object of unknown origin is a common find among the tooling and woodworking of the Northwest region. Odd shaped parts, tools, machined elements, and fragments still fill old workshops, barns, and antique stores, standing as evidence of our industrial past. Although it resembles the Paga leg candle or perhaps a lamp stand, the top is somewhat convex. With each passing day, the memories and knowledge of these objects fade, yet they remain.
